About Us
Bright Spot Counseling Center offers counseling services for individuals of all ages, groups, couples, and families. We have specializations in anxiety, depression, relationship discord, behavior problems, autism, attachment, trauma, perinatal care, adoption, fertility, and more. We offer multiple approaches to meet the unique needs of our clients, such as talk therapy, play and activity therapy for children, EMDR for children and adults, walk and talk therapy, sand tray therapy, and group therapy for children, teens, and adults.

We are located in Richardson and serve clients from all over the North Dallas metroplex, such Dallas, Addison, Plano, Allen, Frisco, Garland and Wylie.
