Ashlyn subscribes to a holistic perspective of counseling and works with each client on an individual basis to focus on their own needs. She provides a healthy outlet for each client to express themselves and develop into the person they want to be.

Ashlyn recently completed her 200hr yoga certification and in her free time enjoys doing/teaching yoga, and has plans to incorporate yoga into her counseling practice. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading books, and being outside in nature. She feels it’s imperative to make self-care a priority when life gets overwhelming. With the help of a counselor to gently reflect and be present in the moment, Ashlyn believes anyone can achieve the goals they want with time and patience.
