Ashlyn is a fur mom to three cats, and in her free time enjoys playing card games with friends, doing yoga, reading books and going to concerts. She feels it’s imperative to make self-care a priority when life gets overwhelming. With the help of a counselor to gently reflect and be present in the moment, Ashlyn believes anyone can achieve the goals they want with time and patience.
